We are sad to announce that after two fantastic years, Naked Pinecone closed on the 30th April 2020.

Two years ago we set out on a journey to bring plastic free, affordable and sustainable products to as many people as we could. We’re really proud of everything we've achieved and so grateful for the community that have supported us throughout the last few years. We are inspired by the incredible sharing and discovery that came from introducing sustainable living to so many people.

We have not taken this decision lightly, but due to a change in our own circumstances we have decided now is the right time to say goodbye.

We want to thank all of our wonderful customers who have been with us and supported us on this journey. We could not have done this without you.

Naomi & Rachael

Closing Down FAQ's

What will happen to my personal details?

Once we have closed the store down we will delete all customer data from our systems and website. If you have any questions about this please email us.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

Any refunds or exchanges will be honoured as per our normal terms and conditions. Please note, that in some cases we may not be able to offer an exchange on a product due to stock levels, therefore in this case we will offer a refund as an alternative. If you have any queries, please contact us at admin@nakedpinecone.co.uk

What can I do if I need to contact you after you have closed?

We will continue to monitor the emails and social media accounts for a couple of months after we close the store so if you have any concerns or questions please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to answer any queries.

Where can I shop for sustainable products now?

Although we have made the difficult decision to close our store, there are still plenty of options available for shopping sustainably and plastic-free. There are now a wide range of online eco-friendly stores to get your supplies from, we recommend looking at Peace With The Wild or Plastic Freedom as a couple of examples. We would also recommend looking out for your local zero waste stores and shopping directly with the brands themselves.

What will you both be doing now that Naked Pinecone is closing?

We both have a lot of passion for living sustainably, and we will continue to do this in our own lives as well as encouraging as many others as possible to make small positive changes too.

Rachael will continue to excel in her career as an Executive Assistant in London (yes, Naked Pinecone has been a side passion project for both of us) and will no doubt keep travelling the world as sustainably as possible. Other personal goals for Rachael: Buy her first home!

Naomi has combined her passion for event planning and eco-friendly living and has recently created Earthkind Events - a sustainable events company. She will be working on various community events around Devon and has a very exciting project coming up to complement this. Follow Naomi at @earthkind_events to stay in touch.

We have both had a lot of fun over the last two years creating and developing Naked Pinecone and have met some amazing people and businesses along the way. We are looking forward to what comes next.
